CineTechGear LLC is confirming products, configurations, pricing, availability, shipping, and support before enabling orders. Current catalog prices and coming-soon entries are not an invitation to submit payment. No card is charged by this preview.

Before you authorize a payment

A website order will identify the seller, selected configuration, included parts, compatibility, price, tax, shipping charge, total, and delivery estimate. CTG will use Square for website payments. The payment source and order status will appear with the receipt. CTG’s sales-tax registration, calculation, reserve, and filing process must be configured separately; choosing Square does not make those tasks complete.

Physical products and delivery

The final policy must state fulfillment regions, handling estimates, carriers, return instructions, and the contact for damaged or incorrect goods. CTG must have a reasonable basis for its stated shipping time. If shipment is delayed, CTG will provide the notices, cancellation choices, and refunds required by applicable law rather than silently changing the estimate.

Return windows, condition requirements, return shipping responsibility, restocking terms if any, and the hardware warranty have not been set. They must be published and shown before physical orders open. Mandatory rights for faulty or misdescribed goods remain protected.

Software, subscriptions, and refunds

Each software offer must state whether it is a one-time purchase or subscription, what it unlocks, its device and offline allowances, and its refund terms. Digital-delivery and withdrawal rules depend on where the customer is located; CTG must settle its supported markets and disclosures before sale. There is no blanket no-refunds rule in this draft.

Request billing changes or refunds from the provider that processed the purchase. Apple and Google store transactions must not be refunded or charged again through Square. A verified refund changes only the relevant license source; another valid purchase can continue to provide access. Canceling renewal is different from refunding the current paid period.

Offers and coupon codes

Eligible CTG web-store offers will show the covered products, discount, expiration, exclusions, and any renewal price. Checkout must validate the offer before payment. Newsletter signup is optional. Withdrawing marketing consent will not remove a completed purchase, its capabilities, or a price already paid.
