CINETECHGEAR LLC / REVIEW DRAFT

Software License

Free CineCam, paid capabilities, purchase recovery, devices, and offline use.

Your software and your projects

CineTechGear LLC proposes a license to use its software for personal and commercial production within the capabilities and device allowance of the product you obtain. You retain ownership of the footage, audio, scripts, and projects you create. The software is licensed rather than sold, and CTG retains its software and brand rights.

Free, add-ons, and the suite

Free CineCam provides the capabilities identified with that edition. Paid add-ons unlock their listed capabilities, and a full-suite purchase includes the products and capabilities expressly listed in that offer. A software title appearing on the site does not mean it is included in every bundle. The product description must identify supported devices, operating systems, and third-party equipment requirements.

Purchases across providers

Supported purchases from the CTG website, Apple, and Google are verified before access is granted. A verified CTG account provides cross-application linking and recovery where supported. An email address alone is not proof of an App Store or Google Play purchase. Restore eligible store purchases through the app’s store-verification flow. Newsletter consent is never a licensing requirement.

Devices and working offline

Device allowances and the offline access period will be displayed for each plan before sale; neither is fixed by this draft. Activation uses a device-bound license rather than a reusable unlock code. You will be able to release an old activation and request assistance when necessary.

Supported local features can continue during a valid signed offline period after activation. Cloud and remote network services still need the required connection. A subscription’s offline access will not silently extend its paid period. A disconnected device receives a refund or release change when it reconnects or its existing offline permission expires. Expired access should preserve your projects and offer a recovery route.

License protections and updates

Do not redistribute CTG software, sell shared account access, or forge purchases or license grants. These restrictions do not remove rights that applicable law gives you. Third-party and open-source components keep their applicable licenses. Updates may improve compatibility or security; the terms of an offer must distinguish included updates from a separate paid upgrade.

App-store agreements

For Apple-distributed apps, Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement applies unless CTG supplies an accepted custom agreement for that app. This web draft does not replace an App Store agreement or override store usage rules. Google Play purchases remain subject to applicable Google terms and the product terms shown there. A custom Apple agreement requires a separate check against Apple’s minimum provisions before submission.
