Which bulb comes with Creator Edition?
The current kit includes a bulb switchable between 3000 K, 4000 K, and 5000 K, with 90+ CRI. The separate fixed daylight, tungsten, and two-bulb options shown in earlier articles are no longer offered.
How is Professional different?
Professional provides continuously adjustable 2200–6700 K bi-color lighting with 95+ CRI, remote operation, and a touchscreen. Choose it when you need intermediate color settings or control over a fixture that is hard to reach. See the edition guide for practical examples.
Can the doors stay closed while the light is on?
No. Open the barn doors and keep ventilation clear while the fixture is operating. Closing doors around an operating light can trap heat. Switch off, disconnect power, and allow cooling before packing or servicing it.
What if a part is damaged or distorted?
Stop using the affected part and identify the fixture version and component that needs attention. CTG’s design approach favors serviceable assemblies and replaceable pieces. Replacement availability, service instructions, and warranty terms will be stated for the product; the old articles are not current warranty terms.
Can the same supply power either edition?
Do not assume so. Creator Edition’s 12 V accessories and Professional’s internal power conversion need to be considered separately. The 12 V / 2 A supply is being reviewed for a possible single-Professional pairing; the 24 V supply direction is for Professional only. Final connectors, polarity, load, and headroom must match the configuration.
Are the older photos and videos still useful?
Yes. They show the physical design, mounting choices, and accessory family. Some show earlier bulbs, grids, or other parts. Use the current product specifications for the configuration being offered, including the revised eggcrates with integrated rear filter holders and diffusion.
Can I order now?
