MiniCine: a compact light with a system around it

MiniCine is built around a simple idea: a compact light becomes more useful when you can shape it, place it, and power it for different jobs. The fixture is the starting point. Doors, grids, diffusion, mounts, and compatible power accessories turn it into a set of choices.
Creator Edition today.
The current Creator Edition includes a 3000 / 4000 / 5000 K switchable bulb with 90+ CRI. Choose regular-depth doors for a compact setup, deep doors when you need clearance over a suitable eggcrate, or both sets. Mounting options include the 45° yoke and an articulated arrangement using familiar threaded and baby-mount connections.
When more control is useful.
MiniCine Professional adds continuously adjustable 2200–6700 K bi-color lighting, 95+ CRI, remote control, and a touchscreen. It is a useful direction for changing color settings or working with a fixture that you cannot easily reach. Output measurements, final power arrangements, and kit contents are being confirmed for both editions.
Put a small light to work.
Use a compact fixture as an eye light, hair or separation light, a controlled product highlight, or an accent in a small set. A desk, tabletop game, workbench, or close home-studio setup can benefit from deliberate placement and spill control. For a broad soft key, consider the source size, working distance, and ambient light as well as the fixture.
A familiar connection is a useful starting point.
The original mounting designs support standard equipment rather than requiring a complete CTG support kit. Select the yoke, arm, adapter, and stand that fit together. Mechanical fit and electrical compatibility are separate decisions; use the edition’s current product page to plan power and accessories.

The photographs and films below preserve the work that went into showing MiniCine’s accessory range. Some show earlier bulb temperatures and earlier grid or door revisions. Their old lumen, runtime, and color-quality claims do not describe the current switchable bulb. Current eggcrate designs incorporate a rear filter holder and diffusion.
