THE PRODUCT
The original filter uses grid cloth to soften the light slightly. It is a compact modifier rather than a large soft source; pair it with the suitable fixture and filter arrangement for your setup.
IN YOUR SETUP
Use this small diffusion accessory for a different treatment of the fixture’s light. For a much larger soft source, plan a larger diffusion area and appropriate working distance rather than expecting a small filter to do the same job.
