THE PRODUCT
The original holder was designed for filmmakers who want to fit their own filter material. Choose the appropriate material and fit for the fixture; filter material is a separate choice, not an included assortment.
IN YOUR SETUP
A separate holder is useful when you want to experiment with a suitable diffusion or filter material. New eggcrate revisions incorporate a rear filter holder, so check whether your chosen grid already provides the holder you need.
